2. What is a Moroccan Hammam?
A Moroccan Hammam is a traditional cleansing and exfoliation ritual designed to deeply cleanse the skin, remove dead skin build-up and leave the body feeling refreshed and soft. At Kenz Beauty, our Hammam experiences combine authentic techniques with a luxury spa experience.
3. What is the difference between the Moroccan and Turkish Hammam?
Our Moroccan Hammam focuses on deep cleansing, exfoliation and traditional Moroccan rituals using black soap and body treatments.
Our Turkish Hammam offers a gentler experience centred around warmth, relaxation and our signature foam massage.
4. Is Kenz Beauty women-only?
Yes. Kenz Beauty is a women-only space created to offer comfort, privacy and relaxation for women of all backgrounds.
5. Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
No — we provide everything you need including robes, towels and treatment essentials. Just arrive ready to relax.
6. How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment to settle in and enjoy the experience.
7. Can I book with friends or in groups?
Yes. Group bookings are welcome for selected treatments and special occasions. Contact us to discuss availability and package options.
8. Do you offer skin clinic treatments?

9. Can I have tea and relax after my treatment?
Absolutely. We invite our guests to unwind in our lounge area after selected treatments and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

11. Can I have a Hammam treatment while pregnant?
If you are pregnant, please let us know before booking. Some treatments involving heat, steam, exfoliation, pressure, essential oils or lying positions may need to be modified or may not be suitable depending on your stage of pregnancy. We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before your visit so we can help tailor a safe and comfortable experience for you.
12. What should I avoid after a Hammam treatment?
To get the most from your Hammam experience, we recommend avoiding hot showers, swimming pools, saunas, intense exercise and direct sun exposure for the rest of the day. Keep your skin hydrated, drink plenty of water and allow your body time to rest and absorb the benefits of the treatment.
